VOIT.IN Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

• During festivals, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Duration & Delivery

• Orders are shipped and delivered within 5-7 business days depending on the shipping address.

• Orders to remote or rural areas may take longer than usual.

• Express shipping (if available) will be charged extra and can take 2-4 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

• We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999.

• A standard shipping charge of ₹49-₹99 applies to orders below ₹999, depending on the delivery location.

• Express shipping charges will be calculated at checkout (if applicable).

4. Delivery Partners & Tracking

• We ship through reputed courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post.

• Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS.

5. Delayed & Missed Deliveries

• Delivery delays may occur due to festivals, weather conditions, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team.

• If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery will require additional shipping charges.

6. International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we plan to expand soon.

7. Order Cancellation & Modifications

• Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, cancellations will not be possible.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If you receive a damaged package, please record a video while unboxing and contact our support team within 24 hours.

• If your package is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation and provide a resolution.
