3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are not allowed.

• In case of stock unavailability or order issues, we may cancel the order and process a full refund.

4. Payment & Security

• We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.

• Your payment details are secured using industry-standard encryption.

• We do not store your payment information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days (standard shipping).

• Delays may occur due to festivals, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect details.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

• We offer a 7-day return policy for damaged or defective products.

• To initiate a return, customers must record a video while unboxing and submit a complaint within 24 hours of delivery.

• Refunds/replacements will only be processed after verification.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, including product designs, images, logos, and text, is the property of VOIT.IN and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. User Conduct

By using this website, you agree:

• Not to engage in fraudulent activities, abuse, or misuse of services.

• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

• VOIT.IN’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the product.
